Nexavyn is the company that builds and operates digital products, including the GameTab mobile application. This Privacy Policy applies to data handled by Nexavyn at a company level — across our website, communications, and business operations. It does not override product-specific policies; where both apply, both should be read together.

At the company level, Nexavyn may collect:
- Contact information you provide directly, such as your name and email address when you contact us or submit a business inquiry.

- Technical and diagnostic information necessary to operate and maintain our websites and services reliably and securely.
- Crash reports and error diagnostics collected via Firebase Crashlytics for our apps, which may include device model, OS version, app version, and an anonymised device identifier. This data is used solely to diagnose and fix issues — not for advertising or profiling.
- Cookies and similar technologies used to maintain website functionality, remember preferences, and measure basic usage patterns. See Section 7 (Cookies and Third-Party Services) for details.
Product-level data collected through our apps (such as GameTab user accounts and group data) is described in the relevant product privacy policy, not here.
3. How We Use Information
- To provide, operate, maintain, and improve Nexavyn websites and products.
- To respond to support requests, feedback, and business inquiries.
- To maintain security, detect and prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations.
- To diagnose technical issues using crash and error reporting tools.

We do not use company-level data for third-party advertising tracking, behavioural profiling, or targeted advertising, and we do not provide company-level data to data brokers.
4. Sharing of Information
We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information. We may share data in the following situations:
- Service providers — trusted infrastructure and service providers that help us run our systems (such as hosting, analytics, crash reporting, and email delivery), each operating under their own data processing terms.
- Legal requirements — where disclosure is required by law, regulation, court order, or to protect the rights, safety, or security of users or Nexavyn.
- Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, where your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
5. Cookies and Third-Party Services
Our website may use cookies or similar technologies for functionality and basic analytics. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
Our website loads fonts from Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com / fonts.gstatic.com). Google's data processing is governed by Google's Privacy Policy.
Our apps use Firebase and Google (Crashlytics for crash diagnostics), Supabase (database and backend infrastructure), and Resend (transactional email delivery for in-app feedback notifications). These providers are governed by their own privacy terms.
6. Retention and Security
We retain information only as long as needed for legitimate business and legal purposes. Support and inquiry records are retained for as long as needed to provide assistance and for legal and compliance purposes. Crash and diagnostic data is retained for the period needed to resolve and prevent issues.
We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards to protect data, including encrypted transmission and access controls. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure.
7. Data Breach Notification
In the event of a personal data breach likely to result in serious harm, we will notify affected individuals and the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) as required under Australia's Notifiable Data Breaches (NDB) scheme.

Under the Australian Privacy Act 1988, you have the right to access and correct personal information we hold about you, and to make a complaint about how we handle your information.
