1. Using GameTab
These Terms of Service form a legally binding agreement between you and GameTab for your use of the app and related services. By creating an account, browsing the app, or using any feature, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use GameTab.
2. Eligibility and Your Account
You must be at least 16 years old, or the age at which you can validly consent to data processing under the laws where you live. You are responsible for keeping your account details accurate and your login credentials secure.
3. Service Scope
GameTab helps users organise games, manage groups, track participation, communicate with members, and use admin tools where available. We may add, remove, improve, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use GameTab lawfully and respectfully. You must not:
- harass, bully, threaten, or intimidate other users
- upload unlawful, abusive, hateful, violent, sexual, or misleading content
- attempt unauthorized access to accounts, data, or systems
- interfere with the operation, security, or integrity of the service
5. Your Content and Rights
You are responsible for content you submit, including profile information, group data, scores, polls, and messages. You retain ownership of your content, but grant GameTab a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host and process it as needed to provide the service.
6. Platform Rights
The app, branding, design, software, and related assets are owned by GameTab or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, revocable, non-transferable, non-exclusive license for personal, non-commercial use.
7. Groups, Credits, and Admin Responsibility
Group admins are responsible for how they manage memberships, games, announcements, and credits. In-app credits are intended for app coordination and record-keeping only unless we clearly state otherwise.
8. Paid Plans and Billing
If paid subscriptions or premium features are offered, you agree to pricing, billing cycle, and renewal terms shown at purchase. Unless stated otherwise, subscriptions renew automatically until canceled.
9. Enforcement and Termination
We may review, remove, restrict, or disable content or accounts where necessary to protect users, enforce these terms, or comply with law. We may suspend or terminate access for violations or misuse.
10. Disclaimers
GameTab is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, complete accuracy, or compatibility with every device or third-party service.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GameTab and its service providers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app.
12. Governing Law and Updates
These terms are governed by the laws of Australia unless mandatory law in your location requires otherwise. We may update these terms from time to time, and continued use after updates means acceptance of the revised terms.
